Receptionist Vacancy in Dubai

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Schedule appointments and meetings and coordinate conference room bookings as needed.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Assist other departments with administrative tasks and projects as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
