Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media platforms.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an accurate and timely manner.

Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service and data privacy.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
