Our hotel in Dubai is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive and memorable stay experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms.
Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in.
Assist with reservations, billing, and payment processing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
