About Us:

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the company\'s financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Monitor and review financial data for discrepancies, errors, and irregularities, and take corrective action as needed.

Assist with the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions and activities.

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related issues and inquiries.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance department.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

Proven experience working as an accountant or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
