Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Present menus to guests and make recommendations based on their preferences.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.

Anticipate guests needs and respond to their requests promptly and courteously.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination of orders and timely service.

Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and decorations for special events and functions.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of food and beverage menus and the ability to make recommendations to guests.

Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
