Role and Responsibilities:

Present menu options and make recommendations based on guests preferences and dietary restrictions.

Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and modifications are communicated to the kitchen staff.

Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, adhering to presentation standards and ensuring guests satisfaction.

Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items, condiments, or refills.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.

Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions with professionalism and integrity.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and create a positive dining experience.

Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tables simultaneously.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests and supporting fellow team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments.
