Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with their needs.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Process orders and returns for customers

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
