Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyzes data and highlights areas of risk or opportunities for improvement.
- Conducts organization specific analysis.
- Understands all the connected technology services and their impacts.
- Assesses design and proposes options to ensure solution meets business needs in terms of security, scalability, reliability and feasibility.
- Collaborates with relevant internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Designs and builds services to allow them to be automated.
- Identifies opportunities to use AI/ML technologies.
- Applies knowledge of technology to troubleshoot issues, identify and resolve them.
- Researches and evaluates new technologies.
- Seeks to understand how customers are interacting with technology and pro-actively recommends opportunities to improve support.
- Explains security standards to others
- Identifies applicable security/data standards when reviewing requirements and recommends controls to ensure compliance.
- Proactively monitors adherence of assigned systems to recommended security settings.
- Evaluates quality processes and seeks opportunities to streamline.
- Improves data efficiency, reliability and quality.
- Ensures data integrity
- Creates and manages data stores at scale.
- Ensures data governance - security, quality, access and compliance.
- Maintains user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential and protected per corporate EIS standards.
- Develops self-service technical reports that analyze and summarize performance information and trends.
- Performs daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree
- 5 + Years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience of managing big data tenancy.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet scheduled task requirements within assigned deadlines.
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
