Primary Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership, Requirement analysis, Design, implement and maintain the applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to multiple Scrum teams.
- Lead a team of 4 to 5 Developers / QA / SA and provide directions to them on a day-to-day basis.
- Lead the Scrum calls in the absence of a Scrum Master.
- Coordinate with QA team
- Coordinate with onshore stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with minimum 16 years of regular qualification as no correspondence courses can be considered.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with minimum 5 years of ReactJS experience.
- Good experience in design, development and support.
- experience in application debugging and troubleshooting.
- experience in analyzing logs and alerts.
- experience working in Agile methodology.
- Good understanding of Oracle database and ability to write SQL queries.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry standard certification in ReactJS or other Front-End technologies.
- Good experience in Dev Ops / Cloud (Azure / AWS)
- Strong ReactJS hands on experience, being a FSE.
- Good understanding of US Healthcare, specifically claims domain.
