LANGUAGE: Must have good English. Any additional language with preference to Hindi and/or Arabic is an added advantage.
What we are looking for….
• Developing Business growth strategies and executing plans to increase the revenue of the company. Priority of exploring, setting up and expanding our network.
• Maintain current Bank relations and establish new banking relationships both locally and internationally.
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and introducing Value Added services to satisfy customer needs such as Utility and card payments.
• Adoption and innovation of FINTECH solutions to enhance business growth.
• Researching on the current business trends and identifying opportunities with viable income streams.
• Create strategic partnerships with local and foreign service providers beneficial to the company.
Skills you must have……
• More than 5 years’ experience in an exchange house business or relatively in a similar field.
• Ability to be a team player and offer excellent support.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently to deliver excellent results.
• Confident decision-maker able to take ownership of their own workload.
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
• Good Communications skills: Mandatory in good English.
