Sales Manager Mena Vacancy in Dubai

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to efficiently cover existing + new accounts within the assigned region and achieve sales targets.
• Plan and prepare sales activities - presentations, value propositions, RFI/RFP analysis and responses.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional development projects to drive commercial strategies.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecast accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure KPIs and SLA (Service Level Agreements) of customers are being met.
• Carry out market research and understand competing products and markets.
• Listen to the needs of the market and feed insights back to Innovations/R and D to drive new products/solutions pipeline.
• Ensures compliance with sales governance and operates with the highest business ethics.
• Support global commercial teams on the deployment of regional, key account management strategies.

‒Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in engineering or business, MBA preferred.

‒Knowledge and experience:
• Ideally greater than 10 years of experience working within the tobacco or FMCG industries within increasingly senior sales/sales operations roles.
• Strong business analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business.
• Strong experience in presenting to senior business stakeholders, through the use of insightful reporting and analytics.

‒Competencies/Skills
• Competent in working with diverse cross-functional teams (Operations, Innovations, Finance)
• Able to identify continuous improvements through insights.
• Ability to influence internal or external stakeholders to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Fluency in English (Arabic, Urdu would be a plus)
• Negotiation skills that help you close deals under time and pressure.

• Ability and willingness to travel(Within UAE/GCC/Mena )
