Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing records.
Manage office supplies and ensure an organized workspace.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Office Management are a plus.
Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
