Personal Assistant to the Director
Qualification
-Female European National
-Business Administration graduate, Bachelor of Commerce or any equivalent experience gained while working in a similar role
Experience
-Previous experience as a Personal Assistant preferred, preferably supporting high-level executives.
-Complex diary and correspondence management
-Office management experience
-Dealing tactfully with sensitive issues
-Impeccable presentation and professionalism
-Experience operating confidently at a senior level within a highly
-Confidential environment, exercising tact, diplomacy, and complete discretion
Skills and abilities
- Manage all personal affairs for the CEO, including booking appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing tasks that require immediate attention.
- Able to take responsibility within defined parameters
- Analytical and practical
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to solve/pre-empt problems
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to make judgments about competing priorities and identify resources accordingly
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Develop and maintain a robust information management system, both physical and digital, serving as the central repository for the Executive Office.
