Call Center Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies to customers.

Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and managing account information.

Identify and escalate priority issues and complex inquiries to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.

Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, solicit feedback, and promote products or services.

Maintain customer records, update databases, and input relevant information into the system accurately.

Adhere to call Scripts, protocols, and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance with company guidelines.

Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics, sales targets, and customer satisfaction goals.

Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven work experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.

Proficiency in computer applications and call center software; experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
