We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to join our team in Dubai. The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining a tidy and efficient storage area.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies.
Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems or manual logs.
Organize and store items in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and categorization.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.
Prepare and pack items for shipment or delivery as required.
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and documentation related to stock management.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
