Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking friendly and attentive individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, assist guests with menu selections, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.

Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding menu items.

Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.

Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.

Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
