We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings and events.
Coordinate with other departments regarding visitor arrivals and appointments.
Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and employees.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
Assist with organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
