Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate parties.

Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.

Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.

Perform basic accounting tasks, such as processing expenses and invoices.

Coordinate and assist with office events, conferences, and workshops.

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and office software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
