Personal Assistant To Ceo Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.

Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the CEO.

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.

Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.

Assist in preparing and reviewing business correspondence and communication materials.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address administrative requirements.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Provide general administrative support to the CEOs office as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
