Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field
• Native English speaker
• Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Willingness to travel as required
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive communications
• Conduct research and prepare reports for executive decision-making
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Coordinate personal and professional logistics for the CEO
