Front Desk Receptionist Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer phone calls, screen and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (e.g, emails, letters, packages).

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing visitor sign-in and security procedures.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

Handle reservations, bookings, and inquiries related to services or facilities.

Provide information to visitors about company facilities, services, and policies.

Assist with coordinating office activities and events as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
