Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.

Maintain office filing and document management systems, both electronic and physical.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office software.

Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.

Assist with payroll processing, expense tracking, and budget management.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.

Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
