We are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Dubai. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office files, records, and databases in an organized manner.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash handling.
Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed.
Assist in organizing and maintaining office events, meetings, and conferences.
Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
