Document Controller Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain document control procedures for the organization.

Receive, track, and manage all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports.

Ensure that all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and archived according to project requirements.

Control the distribution of documents to internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Maintain document logs and databases to track document status, revisions, and approvals.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate document management.

Perform quality checks on documents to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Ensure compliance with document control procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Provide support and training to staff on document control processes and systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar role.

Proficiency in document management software and MS Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus.
