Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly.

Provide information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer transactions.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
