Assistant Teacher Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities that are aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.

Support classroom management and discipline by enforcing rules and reinforcing positive behavior.

Provide individualized support and instruction to students who may need additional assistance or accommodations.

Assist in grading assignments, assessments, and homework, and provide feedback to students.

Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and outdoor play.

Prepare instructional materials, including visual aids, worksheets, and learning resources.

Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic concerns.

Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Adhere to school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in education or a related field.

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting student learning and development.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
