Bus Attendant Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all passengers are seated and wearing seat belts while the bus is in motion.

Maintain order and discipline among passengers, addressing any disruptive behavior or safety concerns.

Provide assistance to students with special needs or mobility limitations as needed.

Monitor the condition of the bus interior, including cleanliness and functionality of safety equipment.

Communicate effectively with the bus driver and transportation coordinator to ensure smooth operations.

Respond to emergencies or incidents during bus rides, following established protocols and procedures.

Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the appropriate authorities and complete required documentation.

Assist in the implementation of safety drills and training sessions for students and staff.

Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere on the bus, fostering a sense of community and respect among passengers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working with children or in a similar role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine concern for the well-being of passengers.

Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Physical stamina and the ability to assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus.
