Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in providing administrative support? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other clerical tasks.
Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members as needed.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
