Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments to handle inquiries and requests.
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Handle basic inquiries about the company and its services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
