Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Serving as the main point of contact for customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Providing information about products and services offered by the company.

Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.

Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Communicating with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve customer issues.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and gather feedback.

Contributing to the development of customer service procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.

Knowledge of trading industry practices and procedures (preferred)

Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
