Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, such as preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees complete required paperwork.

Maintain employee records and Human Resources databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits enrollment, in collaboration with the payroll department.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, benefits, and other related matters, providing timely and accurate information and assistance.

Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

Support Human Resources projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion programs.

Prepare reports and presentations for Human Resources metrics, trends, and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Assist with organizing Human Resources events and activities, such as training sessions, team-building exercises, and employee recognition programs.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in an Human Resources or administrative role preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and HRIS software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Knowledge of Human Resources laws, regulations, and best practices a plus.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the Human Resources field.
