Job Title: Security Officer

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated and vigilant individuals to join our team as Security Officers. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and assets.

Responsibilities:

Patrol designated areas to detect and deter unauthorized activity, theft, vandalism, or safety hazards.

Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify and respond to security breaches or emergencies.

Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Control access to the premises by verifying identification and credentials of visitors and employees.

Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or alarms, and take appropriate action as needed.

Write detailed reports of incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Conduct investigations into security-related incidents and assist in resolving conflicts or disputes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred.

Valid security license or certification (if required by state or local regulations).

Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency in basic computer skills.
