Executive Secretary Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Maintaining accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.

Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred.
