Customer Service Officer Hotel Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with information about hotel facilities and services.

Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations and payments.

Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Maintaining a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere in the hotel lobby and public areas.

Providing support to the front desk staff and other hotel personnel as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably in a hotel setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in relevant computer software and reservation systems.

Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
