Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory levels.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers, including carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to coordinate logistics activities and meet customer requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to logistics staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
