Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.

Handle guests luggage and ensure its safe delivery to rooms.

Provide information about hotel facilities and services.

Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.

Assist with guests requests and inquiries.

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.

Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bellboy or similar role.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong physical fitness for handling luggage.

Knowledge of the hotel layout and local attractions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests.
