Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards and procedures.

Change bed linens, replace Towels, and replenish guest amenities as needed.

Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public spaces.

Empty trash containers and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in guest rooms to the housekeeping supervisor or management.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.

Follow instructions and guidelines provided by housekeeping supervisors or management.

Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Provide courteous and professional service to guests and respond promptly to their requests or inquiries.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.

Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.

Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
