Manage the waiting list and reservations, coordinating seating arrangements efficiently.

Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of guest seating.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas.

Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations.

Assist with taking reservations, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries.

Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Uphold company standards for customer service and guest relations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
