Administration Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.

Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for team members.

Prepare and modify documents including reports, memos, and presentations.

Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Assist in the coordination of events and meetings, including logistical arrangements.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
