Procurement Data Entry Specialist Vacancy in Dubai
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain data related to procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and supplier information, into the company\'s database or procurement management system.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of procurement documents and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Generate reports and provide data analysis to support procurement decision-making and performance evaluation.
Assist in the coordination of procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, inventory management, and operations, to ensure alignment and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement data management and contribute to process improvement initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or procurement is a plus.
Proficiency in data entry and management software, such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of procurement processes and terminology is desirable but not required.
