Front Desk Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring access to the building.

Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required.
