Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Storekeeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient storage space.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods.

Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.

Prepare and pack items for dispatch, including proper documentation.

Monitor and track inventory movements using relevant software or manual systems.

Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies or shortages.

Collaborate with procurement and other departments to fulfill internal requests.

Maintain a clean and organized storage area, adhering to safety and accessibility standards.

Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and related activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Good physical fitness for handling and lifting of packages.

Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
