Telesales Executive Vacancy in Dubai
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate leads and drive sales.
Identify customer needs and provide information about product features and benefits.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
High school certificate.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
