We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing displays that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute merchandise displays according to company guidelines and seasonal promotions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder merchandise as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory using a computerized inventory system.

Train and supervise store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

High school certificate.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail merchandising.

Strong creative and design skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
