Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Identify and target new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
