Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

This role will involve providing administrative support to our team, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team.

Manage calendars and schedule appointments.

Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials.

Handle general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.

Maintain office supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
