About Us:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role plays a key part in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the management team and department heads, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and conferences.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, organizing documents, records, and other materials for easy retrieval and reference.

Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management tasks, ensuring information is entered accurately and updated in a timely manner.

Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department and providing courteous and professional assistance to callers.

Coordinate office supplies and equipment, monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock is available for daily operations.

Assist with special projects, research assignments, and other tasks as assigned by supervisors or team members.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.

Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting colleagues and fostering teamwork.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or related field is a plus.

Previous experience as an administrative assistant, office clerk, or similar role preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other office software applications.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks and maintaining records.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to solve problems and address issues.
