We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in the textile industry. As the Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.

Assist in handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

Oversee and organize office filing systems and databases.

Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline office processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or relevant administrative role.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education and experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Previous experience in the textile industry is advantageous.
