Provide administrative support to real estate agents and office staff.
Manage and organize real estate documents, contracts, and listings.
Coordinate appointments, showings, and property tours.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and listings.
Maintain and update property databases and filing systems.
Handle general office tasks such as data entry and office organization.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for real estate professionals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in real estate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
