Housekeeping Associates Vacancy in Dubai

Our hotel is renowned for its commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Associates. As a vital part of our operations, Housekeeping Associates play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, Suites, and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Change bed linens, replace Towels, and replenish amenities to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and Towels.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing assistance and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, notifying supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest service at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus.
Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
